"Ben is literally the hardest working guy in the insurance business. I've told him he should run a billboard campaign stating so. I should know, I've had two major claims in the last 5 years. Both claims happened well outside of normal business hours. On the first one (water leak), Ben had a cleaning service to our home by 10am. The second one (fire damage) Ben was at our house at 9pm submitting paperwork and walking us through the process ahead. He helped us with a ton of moving parts, stress, etc. over the course of a 9 month rebuild often taking calls late at night trying to work through processes, etc. Feel free to go w/ another agent but good luck getting them off the golf course to take your calls. I've seen Ben at a community golf outing, the guy clearly doesn't golf."
